Giorgio Frabetti was born in Portomaggiore (Ferrara, Italy) in 1976; after having obtained a High School Leaving Certificate from the “Ludovico Ariosto” Classical High School in Ferrara, he graduated in Law from the University of Ferrara in 2002 and in 2011 he qualified in Alternative Dispute Resolution (Mediation).
His thesis was on “Interrogatorio libero” about the article 117-414 of the Italian Code of Civil Procedure.
From 2005 to 2007 he served a professional internship with the “Studio Francesco Landi” in Ferrara as labour consultant and, since 2008, he works regularly at this Studio acquiring, during the course of his professional activity, a significant experience in Labour Law.
