Paul Bodenham graduated in 1987 with a Bachelor in Law from the University of Manchester, as well as graduating in 1996 with a J.D. from the University of Rome La Sapienza with a thesis on New types of software contracts.
He was called to the Rome Bar in May 2000.
He was also called to the Bar of England and Wales in November 2000 after having successfully completed the Bar Vocational Course at Cardiff Law School.
His areas of specialization include commercial law and, in particular, intellectual property law and new technologies law.
He is a co-author of the RAI ZONE publication whose title is Intangible Riches – Intellectual Property as a factor for acceleration in the audiovisual market (2011).
He contributed to the Operational Guide on Intellectual Property in Italy published by the Italian Ministry for Economic Development, with the collaboration of the Tagliacarne Institute (2010).
He is a co-author of the article Public Re-use Licenses published at the Italian Free Software Conference – Cagliari, June 10-11, 2010.
He contributed to the article Intellectual Property and competiveness in the Italian Economic System contained in the Guide for the Exhibition Disegno and Design held at the Ara Pacis in Rome from November 5, 2009 to January 31, 2010.
He is author of the publication whose title is Intellectual property strategies for gaining access to the Argentine market: The cases of Libya, Poland and Vietnam published by the Italian-Argentine Bilateral Chamber, May 2009.
He is co-author of the publication whose title is Intellectual Property in 12 North and South American and Mediterranean countries published by Italia Oggi, April 2009.
